Solv Safety was founded by Linda Browne, an experienced health and safety consultant dedicated to making New Zealand a safer place to work. Starting her career at the Tasman Pulp and Paper Mill, Linda was exposed to an industry with safety standards well above the national average. Her early exposure to what ‘good’ workplace safety looks like, combined with specific health and safety experience, has led to her philosophy that health and safety management needs to be practical, direct, and include your people as part of the solution.

Linda’s team of health and safety consultants in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato has extensive experience across a range of industries, from agriculture to manufacturing, healthcare to logistics. They have a solid relationship with WorkSafe NZ, New Zealand’s leading workplace health and safety regulator, and are on top of the latest health and safety legislation.
